Refund policy
We do not offer refunds on purchases for change of mind. To arrange an exchange or credit of your order please notify us within 10 days of receipt.
Credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months. Items must be in perfect condition, unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tag intact. We do not accept returns for Quilts and Coverlets due to hygiene reasons.
To Arrange a Return
Contact our team at concierge@halemercantile.com with your order number and the pieces you would like to return to start the process. All shipping costs associated with the return of products are borne in full by the customer. Hale Mercantile does not arrange shipping for return of items.
Made-to-Order
Please note that Made-to-Order items are not part of our core range. Made-to-Order items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. For more information, read our policy here.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order contact our team at concierge@halemercantile.com as soon as possible. Please note, orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
