Shipping and Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. During promotional or holiday periods there may be an additional processing time of up to 3 business days.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery.

Delivery Notes
All orders are sent with a 'signature required' service. If you choose to change this service option then please understand that insurance will no longer remain active and liability of the goods will pass to the recipient. Orders sent within the USA will be sent via UPS or DHL couriers, we do not deliver to PO boxes.

This site ships to the USA, Canada and Central America. For shipping to rest of world please shop from our website halemercantile.com
Please note that in accordance with Australian and European export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a "gift" for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
Duties + Taxes
All USA orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.
Please note all orders shipped to Canada and Central America are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties unpaid) basis, and do not include any relevant import duties which may be applied by customs. All import duties and taxes are not included in your order and the buyer is responsible for paying the duty and other customs clearing expenses.
Additional Information
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
If a customer error is made in the shipping address during the checkout process, we reserve the right to recharge the applicable shipping cost. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
Returns Policy
Please read all item details carefully before purchasing as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We offer a store credit for change of mind valid for a period of 12 months.
Items must be in perfect condition, unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact. We do not accept returns for Quilts and Coverlets.
All products purchased online must be returned to the company’s warehouse headquarters within the USA. To arrange a credit of your order please notify us within 10 days of receipt and organise the return of goods to us within 7 days of your notification.
To Arrange a Return
Contact our team at concierge@halemercantile.com with your order number and the pieces you would like to return to start the process. All shipping costs associated with the return of products are borne in full by the customer. Hale Mercantile does not arrange shipping for return of items.
Studio Sale
Studio Sale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
Custom Orders
Please note that custom orders are not part of our core range and are made to order. Custom order items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order contact our team concierge@halemercantile.com as soon as possible. Please note, orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
