Founded in Melbourne, Australia, Hale Mercantile is devoted to quiet essentialism - the disciplined approach of doing one thing exceptionally well. For us, that singular focus is revealing form within fabric, transforming linen from textile into sculptural medium.
Our process is guided by provenance, each piece handcrafted to allow precision that uncompromising quality calls for. Pure long-fibre European linen is yarn-dyed to reveal a rich patina before being cut, sewn and finished with our distinctive Flocca tufted edging. Pre-washed to preserve their soft drape, our linens arrive ready to inhabit their appointed spaces with innate sophistication.
